Flexibility
Coaches set their own schedules and work remotely. You can have between 5 to 10, or more later if you want. You can work wherever you want, anywhere in the world, as the whole gig takes place online. -

All coaches are paid for their time and can make 35€ per session (each session lasts between 45 to 60 minutes) -

Coaching our students
Working with OpenClassrooms means being on-boarded as an independent coach . Your main role is to help our students land their dream job once they have completed their training course.
Your mission is to support and guide the Openclassrooms students in gaining confidence in their soft and hard skills, and helping them to obtain a new start in life.
With weekly individual sessions over a period of 2 to 3 months, the coach leads the way to student success.
Based on a proven technical expertise, our methodology will allow you to:
- Guide your students, thoroughly analyzing their needs and adapting your advice accordingly,
- Inspire them, offering some perspective on their future position, and doing your best to keep their motivation at its highest,
- Continuously assess their performance by ensuring they are on track, and reporting any concern you may have.
You will have a clear and direct impact on the lives of your students. They will be eternally grateful for helping them to build their new career.
